Luo Luo entrusts her camera to her seven-year-old granddaughter, Manman. Through her eyes, the interior of their small home comes to glitter like jewels in a treasure box. We learn once again how to partake in the endless joy of the world.
About the Director:
Luo Luo (full name: Luo Ziyue) was born in 1962 in Miyi County, Sichuan Province, where she has lived ever since. Like most women of her generation, she married, had children, worked, raised her family, cared for her parents, and eventually retired.
In 2019, she joined the Caochangdi Workstation, where she began learning filming and editing. In 2021, she made her first film, "Luo Luo's Fear", followed by her second work, "Luo Luo's Youth", in 2022.
